Wrong Choice

***Loretta Lynch, Obama's pick to succeed Eric "The Red" Holder for Attorney General, won't commit to investigating Hillary Clinton for her email debacle. Gosh, wonder if her answer would be the same if it were a Republican in the hot seat? Oh, she would be morally outraged and swear to get to the bottom of it! This woman would be as bad or worse than Holder, and I hope the Republicans don't cower beneath the cries of Racist! and Sexist! and confirm her. She is a very poor choice, but she's exactly what Obama wants for this country.

President Obama’s long-stalled nominee for attorney general, Loretta Lynch, has refused to commit to investigating former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s email secrecy scandal if confirmed as America’s top cop.
Responding to a question submitted by Sen. David Vitter, Louisiana Republican, Mrs. Lynch said in a letter Thursday that she didn’t have enough information to form an opinion about investigating Mrs. Clinton’s exclusive use of a private email account to conduct official business at the State Department.
“In my current role as the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, my awareness of this issue has been limited to media reports and therefore, I do not have enough information at this time to determine whether action by the Department of Justice is warranted,” wrote Mrs. Lynch.

Oh look, she doesn't know what's going on until she reads it in the paper! Who does that sound like?

***U.S. military hostile to Christians under Obama? He has been the most divisive president ever.

Soon there may only be atheists in the foxholes.
Christians are leaving the U.S. military or are discouraged from joining in the first place because of a “hostile work environment” that doesn’t let them express their beliefs openly, religious freedom advocates say.
Michael Berry, senior counsel at the Liberty Institute, a Texas-based legal organization dedicated to defending religious liberty in America, said recent high-profile cases of military chaplains facing punishment for private counseling sessions that reflected the teachings of their religion could cause devout Americans who are qualified for military service to think twice about joining the military.

Our job isn’t simply to teach our kids to obey a set of household rules (although learning to follow instructions is important, too). It’s to empower them to use their judgment to make good decisions in life.
How do we do that?
Well, according to Dr. Kevin Leman, it all starts with that familiar passage in Ephesians 6 (TLB): “Children, obey your parents; this is the right thing to do because God has placed them in authority over you.”
The key word here is “authority.”
Throughout the Bible, we see God directs us, His children, as our authority, but not as an authoritarian.
In other words, He doesn’t grab us by the neck and force us along a particular path. He gives us free will and helps us learn to make choices that honor Him and that benefit ourselves and others.

Hillary Clinton died and went to heaven. As she stood in front of Saint Peter at the Pearly Gates, she saw a huge wall of clocks behind him. She asked, "What are all those clocks?"

Saint Peter answered, "Those are Lie-Clocks. Everyone on Earth has a Lie-Clock.
Every time you lie, the hands on your clock will move.

"Oh," said Hillary, "whose clock is that?"

"That's Mother Teresa's. The hands have never moved indicating that she never told a lie."

"Whose clock is that?"

"That's Abraham Lincoln's clock. The hands have only moved twice telling us that Abe only told 2 lies in his entire life."

"Where's Bill's clock?" Hillary asked.

"Bill's clock is in Jesus' office. He's using it as a ceiling fan."

***The year’s at the spring
And day’s at the morn;
Morning’s at seven;
The hillside’s dew-pearled;
The lark’s on the wing;
The snail’s on the thorn;
God’s in His heaven -
All’s right with the world!
~Robert Browning

***Have a great day!
