Dead Heat

***The Democrats are really pulling every dirty trick in the book to defeat Scott Walker. He has done so many positive things for that state, but they don't care. The unions thirst for revenge, and they don't care that his policies have balanced Wisconsin's budget and brought jobs to the state. Really think they're for the "working man?" If so, you've been brainwashed.

***Where is the media on the Attkisson story? Why, lapping at the feet of the Democrats, of course.

Former CBS reporter Sharyl Attkisson dug into some of the Obama regime’s scandals. She looked into both the “Fast and Furious” scandal as well as the Benghazi scandal. The more she looked, the more outraged the regime became.
Now, in her new book, “Stonewalled,” she drops a bombshell. Her computer was hacked by the government. Sophisticated spyware was put in her computer that allowed the government to track every keystroke from her computer and it allowed someone to remotely activate her Skype program. In short, they knew everything she was doing.
She was wiretapped by the regime.

Stuff like that brought down Richard Nixon. But hey, it's a Republican/Democrat thing, dontcha know. Our media is a joke, a very unfunny one.

Hillary Clinton couldn't backpedal quickly enough from a 15-word misstatement she blurted out on Friday that "corporations and businesses" don't create jobs.

Stumping for Democratic governor candidate Martha Coakley with Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., at a campaign rally, Clinton now says she "short-handed" a statement, when she said, "Don’t let anybody tell you that, you know, it’s corporations and businesses that create jobs," The New York Times reported.
It took just three days for Clinton to back away from the statement, saying at a rally Monday for Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney, D-NY, "I short-handed this point the other day, so let me be absolutely clear about what I’ve been saying for a couple decades," The Wall Street Journal reported.

"Our economy grows when businesses and entrepreneurs create good-paying jobs here in an America where workers and families are empowered to build from the bottom up and the middle out, not when we hand out tax breaks for corporations that outsource jobs or stash their profits overseas."

You flippin' liar. You meant exactly what you said. Know why corporations stash their profits overseas? So you and your Democrat cronies won't steal it. Geez, I wish this woman would take her weasel of a husband and go to Iceland.

***Progressive proverb: If it ain't broke, break it, blame Republicans, promise to fix it, don't fix it.

***Random thoughts from Thomas Sowell. Love this guy.

The great boxing champion Joe Louis once said about one of his opponents, who was known for his speed: "He can run but he can't hide." In the Congressional elections this year, many Democrats are running away from Barack Obama, but they can't hide their record of voting for Obama's agenda more than 90 percent of the time.

Attorney General Eric Holder hit a new low, even for him, when he acted indignant about the leak of evidence supporting the police officer in the Ferguson, Missouri shooting -- on grounds that this was an attempt to influence public opinion before the grand jury makes its ruling. What was Holder doing from day one, other than trying to influence public opinion in the opposite direction?

Except for Congressional elections, the most important election this year is the close race for governor of Wisconsin. Governor Scott Walker has shown that he has substance and guts, rather than image and rhetoric, by opposing the government employee unions that have been bleeding the taxpayers. He would make a far better Republican presidential candidate in 2016 than Congressional phrase-makers or a retreaded candidate who lost in 2012.

***The Framers of the Bill of Rights did not purport to "create" rights.  Rather, they designed the Bill of Rights to prohibit our Government from infringing rights and liberties presumed to be preexisting.  ~Justice William J. Brennan, 1982

***Have a great day!
