***I was listening to Eric Erickson for little while earlier, he is guest-hosting for Rush Limbaugh today. His monologue was so spot on. He was talking about how Democrats have worked very hard to create a "victim class." The recent debacle in Ferguson, Missouri was a great example. Nobody wanted to hold the looters accountable for their actions. No, it was understandable because they are "victims." Of what, you may ask? Why, white privilege, of course! Never mind that you and I have absolutely nothing to do with their circumstances, whatever they are. They look up to liars like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, who continually tell them they cannot do for themselves, that the government has to support them because they just can't make it on their own. Oh, but it's not their fault!

Eric is right, the Democrats do not want entrepreneurs to succeed. They do not want the capitalist, free enterprise system to work because their dependent followers might see that they CAN do something with their lives if they so choose. They want people like the guy who was arrested in the "We Want $15 an Hour" protest today. He was wailing and moaning that he had worked at McDonald's for over 20 years and was only making $8.75 per hour. Dude, if you've worked at McDonald's for 20+ years, you have no one to blame but yourself. Oh, but the Democrats will trot him out as an example of the unfairness of America. They certainly don't want people like him figuring out that in America, they can better themselves if they want to. This man is convinced that he is helpless and stuck where he is, and he is EXACTLY where the Democrats want him. He is a reliable vote, and as long as they keep him right where he is, he will continue to be a reliable vote. Conversely, Eric had a caller who owns a coffee shop and has two employees, and is trying to start another business. THAT is what America is all about.

Another thing Democrats excel at is pitting employee against employer. Yes, we evil business owners just want to get rich on our employees' backs, right? WRONG. Eric was right to point out that most of us work long hours and make sure our employees are paid before we pay ourselves. We invest back into our businesses and make sure our employees are taken care of, because we know we'd be nowhere without them. That's not the picture painted by liberals, is it? No, we're all selfish greedy evil people who care nothing about anyone but ourselves. They have gotten a sizable group of people to believe their lies, unfortunately.

When was the last time you heard a liberal talk about the greatness of America? About how fortunate we are to live here and have the opportunities we have? No, all you hear from them is doom and gloom and how unfair everything is and how white Christian people suck. I'm sick of it, and I hope some people are getting their eyes opened. What we have now is what you get when liberals are in power, no matter how badly they want to blame Bush and the Republicans. I hope and pray it's not too late to get our country back.

***Have a great day!
