What a Day!

***Wow...I've barely gotten up from this chair since 4:30 this morning, and I STILL ain't done. My back is screaming, though, so I'm going to have to quit for a while.

***They keep saying the Republicans are waging a "War on Women," which is ridiculous, but liberals never let the truth get in their way. Haven't heard them saying much about this: "Female Share of Federal Workforce Declining Under Obama."  I repeat, they never let the truth get in the way of their attacks, and unfortunately there are a lot of foolhardy women that just lap it up.

Obama is no doubt preparing to cast stones at the private sector. He really ought to look at his own administration.

Since Obama has been in office, according to data from the Office of Personnel Management, the percentage of women in the civilian federal work force has been shrinking. Before Obama took office, it was already smaller than the percentage in the overall national civilian labor force. Under Obama, it has gotten smaller still. - See more at: http://www.cnsnews.com/commentary/terence-p-jeffrey/female-share-federal-workforce-declining-under-obama#sthash.iVWX5DyR.dpuf

***Obamacare premiums will skyrocket next year. They'll make sure it doesn't happen until after the November elections, of course.

***EPA fraudster behind costly EPA regulations. I've said it before and I'll say it again: The EPA needs to be completely disbanded. It's nothing but a money pit and a power grab for Democrats.

John Beale, the former EPA official who fooled his bosses into believing he worked for the CIA, was deeply involved in crafting costly environmental standards which still are having an impact today -- though he came into the job with little, if any, environmental experience.
The details were included in a 67-page report from Republicans on the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, which claims the fraudster's role should now throw those rules into question.
The report is the product of months of research into the case of Beale, a top official in the Office of Air and Radiation, who was sentenced to prison in December for defrauding the agency with his CIA lie. It details Beale's role in crafting an aggressive regulatory approach which the report dubs the "EPA Playbook."
"Ultimately, the guiding [principle] behind the Playbook is the Machiavellian [principle] that the ends will justify the means," the report says.

Throw his sorry butt in jail.

***Using ketchup to clean?

Around-the-house staples that moonlight as dirt-busting superstars.
White Bread and Ketchup
Use white bread to: Dust an oil painting. Gently dab a slice of white bread over the surface to pick up dirt and grime.
Use ketchup to: Remove tarnish from copper and brass cookware. Squeeze ketchup onto a cloth and rub it on pots and pans. They should go back to their coppery color in minutes. Rinse with warm water and dry with a towel.

Oatmeal
Use it to: Scrub very dirty hands. Make a thick paste of oatmeal and water; rinse well.
Rice
Use it to: Clean the inside of a vase or a thin-necked bottle. Fill three quarters of the vessel with warm water and add a tablespoon of uncooked rice. Cup your hand over the opening, shake vigor-ously, and rinse.
