Glittering Jewel...

***...of colossal ignorance. Check out this video of a blubbering anti-Walker activist declaring that democracy died when Walker won. You simpering twit, this was democracy IN ACTION. There were enough signatures garnered to force a recall vote, then the people of Wisconsin made their choice.  The video is about halfway down the page. Dang, I wish I could get one to embed here.

***More hilarity from the haters on the Left.

Just under three minutes of video here courtesy of the Maciver Institute, but enough material to keep you rolling on the floor laughing for hours. First there some schmuck declaring that they didn’t lose, the day after an epic defeat heard around the nation. That’s followed by a couple of weirdos, one a grown woman with pigtails, upset that CNN called the race when everyone else did when it was obvious Governor Walker was heading toward landslide victory. The pigtail weirdo takes it quite personally.
Sorry, honey, as you folks like to say, this is how democracy works.

These people are pathetic. Really, you need to watch these videos to see just how unhinged they are.

***Priorities: Hollywood trip marks Obama's 150th fundraiser. Hey, the less he's actually governing, the better it is for America.

President Obama went to Hollywood again Wednesday, marking his 150th fundraiser since taking office during a West Coast swing that ignited Republican claims that the president is far more intensely focused on campaigning rather than governing.
A two-day cash grab in San Francisco and Los Angeles, headlined by a gay rights event at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel with television star Ellen DeGeneres and a $25,000-per-head dinner with "Glee" creator Ryan Murphy, was derided by the Republican National Committee as Obama hobnobbing with his "greatest allies, the Hollywood glitterati."
But others say it is Obama's repeated clarion calls for money, not the audience, which is most worrisome. Five months before the general election, Obama has already hosted nearly twice as many campaign fundraisers as his immediate predecessors.

Imagine, if you will, the coverage from the press if George W. Bush had held 150 fundraisers in 3 1/2 years.

***Ray Bradbury, RIP.

***Taco Bell to offer more upscale items. They do need to shake up their menu a bit.

***Unions take a beating in California, too.

***NFL players file "master complaint" regarding concussions. Right. I'm sure they didn't know they were playing a dangerous game and they could maybe get hurt. Honestly.

More than 80 concussion-related suits have been filed against the NFL by more than 2,000 former players. A master complaint will be filed Thursday in federal court in Philadelphia summarizing players' claims that the league fraudulently concealed long-term effects of head trauma for decades.

If a conservative doesn't like guns, he doesn't buy one.
If a liberal doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.

If a conservative is a vegetarian, he doesn't` eat meat.
If a liberal is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.

If a conservative sees a foreign threat, he thinks about how to defeat his enemy.
If a liberal sees a foreign threat, he wonders how to surrender gracefully and still look good.

If a conservative reads this, he'll forward it so his friends can have a good laugh.
A liberal will delete it because he's "offended".
