Et Tu, Obama?

***Serves him right: Arlen Specter writes in his book that Obama ditched him after he provided the 60th vote for Obamacare.

Former Sen. Arlen Specter (Pa.) writes in a new book that President Obama ditched him in the 2010 election after he helped Obama win the biggest legislative victory of his term by passing healthcare reform.
Specter also claims that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) did not uphold his promise to grant him seniority accrued over 28 years of service in the Senate as a Republican.

Again I say, serves him right.

***More on the Rush blowback. This is hurting the Left more than it's hurting Rush, and it's REALLY hurting those advertisers who quit him. This is funny.

***Related: CBS poll shows Obama's approval rating at new low. Hmmm...guess his plan to put the focus on contraception hasn't worked too well.

***Rags-to-Riches millionaires. Yep, it can be done.

***This is outrageous: The Justice Department has blocked the Texas voter I.D. law. You know, the one the people voted for. States' Rights? Bah!

***Don't let your daughter do this!

A growing number of tweens and teens, mainly girls, are posting videos on YouTube asking commenters if they’re ugly.

Type ‘Am I ugly?’ or ‘Am I pretty’ into the YouTube search box and dozens of videos pop up, including one of an 11-year-old girl who poses for the camera, twirling her shoulders, smiling big, and pulling her long hair out of a pony tail.

***How they got their names:

Martin had just received his brand new drivers license. The family troops out to the driveway, and climbs in the car, where he is going to take them for a ride for the first time. Dad immediately heads for the back seat, directly behind the newly minted driver.
“I’ll bet you’re back there to get a change of scenery after all those months of sitting in the front passenger seat teaching me how to drive,” says the beaming boy to his father.
“Nope,” comes dad’s reply, “I’m gonna sit here and kick the back of your seat as you drive, just like you’ve been doing to me all these years.”

***Have a great day!
